Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Manager to oversee the operations and care provided in our residential home. The Home Manager will be responsible for managing the daily activities, ensuring the well-being of residents, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met - Manage the budget for the home, including monitoring expenses and ensuring financial stability - Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to resident rights and care - Coordinate with healthcare professionals to address medical needs and provide necessary support - Maintain accurate documentation of resident information, progress, and any incidents that may occur - Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and respect for all residents - Collaborate with families and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in care decisions Skills: - Strong financial acumen to effectively manage budgets and expenses - Knowledge of memory care principles and techniques - Familiarity with nursing home regulations and best practices - Ability to develop care plans tailored to individual needs - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or senior care is preferred - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals At our organization, we value our employees' dedication and commitment.
